3. Booking and Reservation Policy
When you book a festival experience through Horizon Strand:

- Booking constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Horizon Strand
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide
- You must bring a valid form of identification to your tour
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to your tour date. Refund terms are as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus administrative fees
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour: 50% refund of tour price
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour: No refund
- No refunds for services not utilized or partially utilized tours
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
5. Rescheduling and Changes
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 21 days before the original tour date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. Changes requested less than 21 days before the tour may be subject to additional fees. If you reschedule more than twice, a standard rebooking fee of 5% of the tour price will apply.
6. Participant Eligibility and Requirements
By booking a tour, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- You are physically and mentally capable of participating in the tour
- You do not have any medical conditions that would be adversely affected by tour activities
- You will comply with all local laws, customs, and cultural practices
- You will follow all instructions provided by our guides
- You will respect sacred spaces and religious practices
7. Safety and Liability Waiver
Horizon Strand takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. However, you acknowledge that participation in festival experiences involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you assume all risks associated with your participation and release Horizon Strand, its operators, guides, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the tour.
8. Insurance and Medical Care
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and evacuation. Horizon Strand does not provide medical insurance. In case of medical emergency, you agree to pay all associated medical costs. We will assist in coordinating medical care but are not responsible for medical bills or treatment decisions.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Horizon Strand or its content providers and is protected by copyright laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify any content without our prior written permission.
10. User-Generated Content
By uploading or submitting content to our website, you grant Horizon Strand a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
